Peter Belyea, Chief Executive Officer: "ITAD is a critical step in the IT lifecycle management process. CXtec is uniquely positioned to help customers recycle their equipment, as well as repurpose and regain value from stranded assets."

Kevin Uptegraph, Chief Operating Officer: "ITAD plays a huge role in the lifecycle of technology equipment. This is the part of that life cycle where we start to become conscious of the environment. Let's start minimizing footprint. Let's keep stuff out of the landfill."

Francisco Urdaneta, Strategic Account Executive: "It comes into the question. So what's going to happen with my hardware? And the other question becomes, does my hardware still have value? And that's where we can help. So we come in when customers are wanting to do something different with their IT infrastructure. Having old hardware with data becomes a hurdle. So we help them overcome these problems by either purchasing or consigning their equipment."

Jeff Williams, President: "ITAD is at the heart of our value proposition. It is the ingest of almost all of our supply that is ultimately recertified, put through a rigorous process. We adhere to the highest standards in the industry and in fact, meet or exceed those standards. Whether it's R2 or ISO certifications, we ensure that all of our material ends up in a zero landfill footprint and that we are especially sensitive to customer's data security concerns."

Lee Scriber, Production Manager: "So we actually have a pretty robust quality environmental health and safety program that is routinely audited a couple of times a year. In addition to that being audited, all of our downstream vendors are audited as well and we have no impact in the environment based on all the auditing and we do on that process."

Kevin Uptegraph, Chief Operating Officer: "This is our commitment to the environment. The ultimate goal is reducing the amount of e-waste on the planet and ITAD is the way to do it. Reusing and repurposing IT assets."
