SYRACUSE, N.Y. – CXtec announces the promotions of Matt Condon, Brian Kelly, John LaValle, Mike Nardella, Mike Van Riper, and Deb Walter to territory manager positions.

 

Condon has been with the company for over seven years and previously served as an account executive. He takes a hard look at his customer’s capital and operational expenses, reduces them with our industry capabilities, and maintains a customer-first, responsive business model. Condon holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Saint Bonaventure University. He received the 2016 Sales and Marketing Excellence Award from CNYSME.

 

 

Kelly has been with the company for over five years, his previous role was as an international account executive. His main objective is to lead his team in maximizing ROI for their customers in IT networking, server/storage and cabling infrastructure environments. In his past experience he also served in the US Navy as an Aviation Electrician’s Mate, 2nd Class Petty Officer.

 

 

 

LaValle has been with the company for over 14 years and previously served as senior account executive and team leader on the commercial accounts team. He focuses on working one-on-one with sales account managers to grow skill sets and to help develop new business, as well as growing the CXtec breadth of products with existing clients. LaValle studied Political Science and History at St. John Fisher College.

 

 

Nardella has been with the company for over 14 years and previously served as senior sales account manager. He shares his 20 years of knowledge and experience in helping to deliver computer technology equipment solutions to K-12 and higher education customers. He graduated from Providence College.

 

 

 

Van Riper has been with the company for over 11 years and previously served as strategic account executive and an education vertical team leader. He believes serving his customers is the pinnacle of importance in his new position.  His goal is to provide an additional layer of support to all customers, to become a trusted partner and an extension of their staff.  Together this will raise the bar. He attended Onondaga Community College.

 

 

Walter has been with the company for over 25 years and previously served as a senior account cxecutive. Her goal is to help CXtec customers maximize their technology investments through the company’s life cycle management program. She graduated from Canisius College.
