Todd Zegers brings a wealth of experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for innovation to his role as CEO of CXtec. With nearly two decades of leadership in IT asset disposition (ITAD) and reverse logistics, Todd has been a driving force in shaping sustainable, customer-focused technology solutions that deliver real value.
Todd began his ITAD journey in 2003 as co-founder of GreenAssetDisposal, serving Fortune 1000 clients with secure asset recovery solutions. After driving its growth and eventual acquisition by CloudBlue in 2009, he led sales and marketing until CloudBlue became part of Ingram Micro in 2013. From 2015 to 2022, Todd served as Ingram Micro’s global leader for ITAD and Reverse Logistics, setting industry benchmarks with innovative programs.
Beyond his professional achievements, Todd is committed to education, environmental stewardship, and philanthropy. He has participated in the Executive Education Program at Stanford University and the FANE Program at Columbia University and has served as a member of the e-Stewards Leadership Council and the Coalition for American Electronics Recycling (CAER). Todd’s dedication to community impact includes his role as a Board Member of the Orange County United Way, where he chaired the United for Financial Security Chapter, and as Vice President of the Super Charlie Foundation, supporting families facing medical challenges
Chief revenue officer
Brent Berry is the Chief Revenue Officer of CXtec, where he leads the development and execution of the company’s sales and revenue strategies, driving growth and expanding market presence across diverse industries.
With over 20 years of leadership experience in sales strategy, reverse logistics, and supply chain management, Brent is known for building high-performing teams and delivering innovative service solutions. His expertise and hands-on approach are key to strengthening CXtec as the leader in IT lifecycle solutions.
Before joining CXtec, Brent held senior leadership roles at organizations such as Flash Global, Ingram Micro, Arrow Electronics, and SYNCREON, where he excelled in executing strategic initiatives and fostering strong customer relationships.
Outside of work, Brent enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his family. He is also a dedicated board member of the Super Charlie Foundation, supporting children and families affected by pediatric cancer. Brent’s vision and passion for achieving results position him as a vital leader for the ongoing success and growth of CXtec.
Chief Services Officer
Kevin Corrigan serves as Chief Services Officer at CXtec, bringing over 20 years of leadership in ITAD, electronics remarketing, and reverse logistics. He is focused on building innovative service strategies that deliver real customer value and drive operational excellence.
Kevin began his career in public service before launching Midwest Technology Recyclers, an asset recovery company he grew and sold to CloudBlue in 2008. He went on to lead remarketing strategy at CloudBlue and later at Ingram Micro, where he spent more than a decade in senior leadership roles, including Executive Director of U.S. Channel ITAD.
At CXtec, Kevin leads the services organization with a mission to expand lifecycle IT solutions, enhance customer outcomes, and fuel sustainable growth. He lives in the Chicago area with his family and brings a hands-on, people-first approach to leadership.
Chief operating officerTim Duffy is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CXtec, where he leads operational execution and alignment across the organization to drive scalable growth and performance.
With more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning sales, engineering, professional services, and operations, Tim is known for building high-performing teams and translating strategy into measurable results. His disciplined, execution-focused approach has been instrumental in strengthening CXtec as a leader in IT lifecycle solutions.
Prior to becoming COO, Tim served as President of TERACAI and Chief Product Officer at CXtec, and previously held roles including Chief Technology Officer and Director of Professional Services.
Outside of work, Tim lives in Camillus, New York, with his wife Renee and their dog, Bruce. He enjoys exploring local restaurants and golfing at Bellevue Country Club. Tim is also deeply involved in the Central New York community, serving on the boards of the Syracuse Teacher Center and First Tee Syracuse, and is a past recipient of Leadership Greater Syracuse’s Alumni Achievement Award and the Central New York Business Journal’s “40 Under 40.”
Chief information Officer
James VanDusen brings a wealth of experience in IT strategy and operations to his role as Chief Information Officer at CXtec. He is responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure and ensuring its alignment with business goals.
Prior to joining CXtec, James held several key IT leadership positions. He served as Vice President of Information Technology and Manager of IT Engineering and Development. His experience also includes roles at One Identity, Quest Software, and Frontier Communications, where he focused on IAM solutions, IT operations, and team leadership.
Earlier in his career, James founded and served as CEO of ICTG, LLC, a company specializing in web technologies and internal application integration. James holds a degree in Computer Science and Graphic Arts
Tawney Crystal is the Vice President of Human Resources at CXtec and TERACAI, where she is responsible for leading and managing human resources services, policies and programs to support the long-term goals of both companies.
Tawney has been with TERACAI and CXtec for nearly 15 years and previously served in the roles of human resources specialist and manager. She has more than 17 years of experience in human resources and is skilled in the areas of benefits and compensation, employee relations, organizational development, performance management and recruitment. She also has human resources experience in the manufacturing industry.
She earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2001 and the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in 2015. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Potsdam. Crystal serves on the board of directors for HOPE for Bereaved.
