CXtec is a unique company, and it’s our people who set us apart – we’re a driven and goal-oriented organization that also happens to be very successful. We start every week with a company-wide cheer to celebrate employees’ successes and review goals. Our dress code is casual – we prefer cargo shorts and flip-flops to a suit and tie any day. We support a “work hard, play hard” atmosphere, and as you walk around our building, you quickly realize that we also practice the “Work Is Fun” philosophy. You’ll see:
- A recreation area with air hockey, foosball, and pool tables
- A quiet reading area with overstuffed couches for relaxation
- On-site fitness center available to all employees
- Stations throughout the facilities with free snacks
- Balloons to celebrate employee birthdays

- Café – eating area on-site with vending machines, free snacks and refrigerators to store last night’s leftovers for lunch
- Fitness Center – on-site workout area available to all employees
- Picnic area – outdoor space to enjoy breaks and lunch when the weather is warm
- Junkasaurus Park – an area dedicated to CXtec's mascot, the dinosaur, which symbolizes the soon-to-be extinct mainframe computer systems CXtec once helped maintain
- Webcams so we can wave to our customers (and Mom!) throughout the day
Employee Recognition
- Peer-to-Peer recognition programs – allow employees and managers from any department to recognize co-workers for going above and beyond. From on the spot recognition to nominations reviewed by a peer committee, employees at CXtec are recognized and rewarded for hard work.
Company Events
- Sales Award Banquet – Enjoy an elegant evening honoring the year's top sales achievements
- President’s Club Cruise – A week-long, all expenses paid Caribbean cruise for our top salespeople and their guests.
- Land Cruise – While the cat’s away, the mice will play! It’s a fun-filled week featuring island-themed events and competitions (and maybe just a little work).
- Easter Egg Hunt – We invite employees and their children to come in and hunt for Easter eggs hidden throughout the building. Our very own Easter Bunny also makes an appearance!
- Bring Your Child To Work Day – An entire day of fun, yet educational, events for employees’ children. We give ‘em a taste of the business world, CXtec-style.
- Parking Lot Picnics – Informal gatherings during lunch hour in the parking lot. Enjoy BBQ hamburgers/hot dogs, chips and even some friendly competition!
- Clambake – The perfect chance for all employees to get together, enjoy good food and have a great time.
- Halloween – One of our favorite holidays of the year, all employees are invited to dress up and enjoy the humor of the day. And boy do we get creative with our costumes!
- Holiday Party – A lavish evening of entertainment for you and a guest complete with the always anticipated reveal of the holiday gift!
