Latin American Bank

Challenge

A bank in Latin America was looking for ways to cut costs and the subject of downsizing its staff came up. This was not a step the bank preferred to take, and they were hoping to find another creative way to reduce spending. They then discussed the advantages TPM could have for them with CXtec.

Solution
