Our Culture
At CXtec, we support a "work hard, play hard" philosophy. We're a driven and goal-oriented organization that also
happens to be very successful. Every day all the employees at our World Headquarters gather together in our main Atrium for
our daily Morning Cheer. Our employees at our Technology Certification and Distribution Center and our satellite office in
Buffalo videoconference in to take part as well. During the Cheer, we celebrate employees' successes and outline the company's daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
But as you walk around the building during the day, you quickly realize that we practice the philosophy: "Work Is Fun.
" You'll see:
- A recreation area with air hockey, foosball, and pool tables
- A quiet reading area with overstuffed couches for relaxation
- Snack stations with free refreshments located in the café and also in every department
- Balloons celebrating employees' achievements
We're not the only ones singing our praises. We've been named among the top 50 Best Small
& Medium Companies to Work for in America for the fourth year in a row by the
Great Place to Work® Institute, Inc.
And in 2006, CXtec received the 2006 Great Place to Work® Award for Camaraderie from the Institute. We're not bragging or anything - just proud of what an exceptional working environment we have here at CXtec!
