CXtec offers a comprehensive medical plan. The company contributes toward the cost of the premiums
and all employee contributions are pre-tax.
Dental Program
CXtec offers a dental plan designed to provide high quality dental care within a preferred network of
providers. The company contributes toward the cost of the premiums and all employee contributions are
pre-tax.
Vision Program
CXtec offers two Vision discount programs. These programs provide first quality vision services at specially
arranged fees. Employees and their families can visit a participating provider and receive discounts on eye
exams, frames, lenses, lens options and contact lenses.
Employee Assistance Program
All employees and their dependents are eligible to seek the professional services provided by this program
when confronted with personal problems. These services are strictly confidential. Three face-to-face visits
are included with this benefit.
Financial Benefits
401K
CXtec offers you participation in a 401(k) savings plan that provides up to a 50% match of your first 6%
pre-tax pay contributions. Employees are fully vested after three years.
Credit Union
Employees and their immediate family can take advantage of a free membership at Empire Federal Credit Union.
Flexible Spending
Pre-tax dollars can be directed into an account to cover certain health care or
dependent care costs incurred by you and your family.

CXtec provides Basic Life/AD&D coverage for all full-time employees.
Supplemental Life Insurance
CXtec offers life insurance benefits. Employees can purchase additional supplemental life insurance for
themselves, spouse and dependents.

Employees can purchase short and long-term disability coverage to cover lost wages
when unable to work for an extended period.
